Jennifer Arthur brings thirty years of sales, operations, human resources, and administrative management experience to her role with maxIT. For the past fifteen years, Ms. Arthur has been dedicated to the development and maintenance of two healthcare consulting firms, maxIT and Resources for Healthcare Innovations (RHI).
Ms. Arthur has proven a key member of leadership teams for both firms, specifically influencing all aspects of positive company culture. At maxIT, Ms. Arthur manages the daily operations of the Administration office and is responsible for human resources management, company communications and events, sales support management as well as other critical operational tasks. Ms Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Jennifer lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband of 30 years, four children and two grandchildren. She is active with her church, community theatre, and loves to travel.
