years.
After developing
and implementing systems for 15 years at Community
Hospitals of Indianapolis, Mr. Hinshaw continued
serving the healthcare industry in the capacity
of interim / contract CIO and Regional Vice President
of Operations for a leading outsourcing firm for
ten years. In his current capacity, Mr. Hinshaw
is responsible for maxIT's overall strategic and
business planning. He is also integral to maintaining
the "people" oriented culture that attracts
such talented consultants. Mr. Hinshaw is also
closely involved in the recruiting process and
interviews every prospective employee and consultant
before they are hired.
Creating
a company that is a firm believer in balancing

to maximize their information technology investments,
