Westfield, IN - June 2011 - maxIT Healthcare,
a leading professional consulting services company
for healthcare providers in the US and Canada,
has begun a national tour in a specially outfitted
RV called "maxForce One". The purpose
of the tour is to celebrate the 10-year anniversary
of the company by visiting maxIT consultants and
clients around the country. Leading the tour and
on board maxForce One is Jennifer Arthur, one
of the founding partners of maxIT Healthcare.
With over 625 full time consultants, maxIT employees
are spread across the US and Canada working at
more than 200 client sites. The tour is well on
its way with stops already made in Indiana, Ohio,
Tennessee and Michigan. In addition to spending
time with Mrs. Arthur, at each stop consultants
enjoy refreshments, a gift of appreciation, and
a photo op with a life-size cutout of CEO and
founding partner, Parker Hinshaw. Employees and
customers can follow the tour and get updates
on maxIT Healthcare's Facebook and Twitter pages.
"We want to celebrate maxIT's ten successful
years and make sure the consultants know that
we understand and appreciate that the company's
success is due to their hard work," said
Mike Sweeney, President of maxIT Healthcare. "This
Anniversary Tour is an important opportunity to
bring the company to them; not just the RV, but
also the spirit of the company."
"For me, it's always been about the consultants,"
said Parker Hinshaw, CEO of maxIT Healthcare.
"Now that we have employees in 42 different
states, the one on one interaction that has been
such a big part of maxIT's culture has become
a lot more difficult. maxForce One allows us to
take the office to the consultants and really
find out how they are doing on a personal level."
According to Wanda Brinson, Senior Consultant
with maxIT Healthcare, "It's nice to work
for a company that invests so much into its employees.
The visit from maxForce One proves that senior
management really does understand the sacrifices
that we consultants make on a daily basis. "
The company's RV was unveiled to employees in
May at the maxForce One Launch Party where the
vision of bringing the company to the consultants
became a reality. "One of our core values
at maxIT is to keep a strong connection with all
of our employees. We're a tight knit family,"
said Jennifer. "With the rapid growth we've
had these past few years, we had to ask ourselves
how we can really stay connected. This Anniversary
Tour across America seemed like the perfect answer
- personally visiting the people who contribute
to the extraordinary success of maxIT every week."
maxIT Healthcare has been recognized recently
for its growth and culture, including being named
to the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held
