Activate:
Go Live and Cutover Planning in the early phases of the project have outlined the strategy and approach for Activation: Will dress rehearsals be used? What Communications are occurring? How will Cutover occur and what fallback plans are in place? By the time you get to Activate, you’re well on your way through the Activation project plan and all teams have a common understanding, shared milestones, and joint activities.
